Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing this site, creating an account, signing in, or downloading software through The Vault, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What this service is
The Vault is a private, invite-gated member site used to distribute Game Account Tracker software and share member announcements. Access is limited to people who hold a valid invite key or an existing member account. These legal pages are public and do not grant access to the member forum, downloads, or admin tools.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be authorized by the site operator to use an invite or account.
- You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and any authenticator / backup codes confidential.
- You must not share invite keys, sessions, or credentials with anyone who is not permitted to use them.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that appear compromised, abused, or created without authorization.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass invite gates, authentication, cooldowns, or access controls.
- Probe, scan, scrape, or attack the site, server, or other members.
- Upload malware, misuse downloads, or redistribute the installer outside authorized channels without permission.
- Impersonate another member, including by linking a Discord ID that is not yours.
- Use the service for unlawful activity or to harm others.
5. Software and downloads
Game Account Tracker and any files offered through this site are provided for authorized members only. Download availability may be limited by cooldown or operator policy. Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Member content
Announcements and other content posted by administrators are for members of this community. You may not republish private member material without permission from the operator.
7. Connected profiles
If you choose to save a Discord user ID in Connections, you represent that it is your account (or one you are allowed to associate). Profile display names and avatars are fetched for display on your member profile and may be removed by you or the operator at any time.
8. Availability and changes
The service may change, break, or be taken offline without notice. Features such as downloads, announcements, invites, two-factor authentication, and connections may be modified or discontinued. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Termination
The operator may refuse service, revoke invites, reset sessions, or delete accounts when needed to protect the service or other members. You may stop using the service at any time. Stopping use does not automatically delete stored account data unless the operator removes it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or account compromise arising from your use of the site or software. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
